The provider therefore has no control over data collection and its use, which are collected by Twitter due to this connection.

Due to the direct connection with the Twitter servers, Twitter may receive information that you have visited the provider’s website with your IP address. While you are logged into your Twitter account, Twitter has the option of storing personal data and assigning it to your user account. It is not possible for the provider to provide precise information on the collection and use of data.

Web Analysis

According to § 15 Abs. 3 TMG, the provider is permitted to create user profiles for the use of pseudonyms for purposes of advertising, market research or for the demand-oriented design of telemedia, provided the user does not object to this. For this purpose, the provider uses the data protection-friendly software Matomo (www.matomo.org) in order to be able to statistically evaluate the access to the provided Internet offer. The Matomo software uses small text files which are stored on the computers accessing the provider’s website (cookies) and thus enable the analysis of the specific use of the provider’s website. The data collected in this way will only be stored anonymously, a personal identification is not associated with it.
